Joel Elfman is Hypnotist, NLP trainer and LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) with over 12 years of experience.  He specializes in creating safe spaces for clients to change.  Helping transform old issues such as stress reduction, social anxiety/confidence, weight loss and stop smoking into new habits, beliefs and ways of moving through life.

Joel is creator of the Moses Method, a simple, powerful form of combined mind-bodywork to create lasting change.  It combines hypnosis, coaching, somatic awareness with a very gentle form of massage which allows you, the client to more fully relax, release and change at your own natural speed and pace.  He is also the co-founder of GEM Holistic Wellness Center, the largest virtual holistic center in NYC.
